Our Process
Discovery Session
It all begins with you. Through our virtual discovery session we listen to your vision for the project. Afterwards, we’ll visit your site to gather the details and to give you the best solution.
Project Proposal
Based on our initial conversation and site visit, we’ll present a project proposal. This proposal will include all known costs, specific materials to be used, project timeline, and exclusions based on what you’ve described as your vision.
Agreement
Once you approve the proposal, we can begin to actualize your vision. Our contracts are specific and designed to protect all parties involved. We provide detailed descriptions of the work to be performed and when it will be completed.
Plans & Permits
Once the designs and plans are approved, permits are filed with your local municipality. After your municipality approves the permits your project is ready to begin.
Construction
We’ll create a protection plan in which we design a system that will manage dust, dirt, and debris, as well as protect all immovable objects. When the work begins, our detail-oriented renovation technicians will make your vision a reality.
Clean Up
During the renovation process, cleaning occurs daily. Once the renovation is complete, we provide a complementary and thorough cleaning of the site and surrounding areas through our White Glove Cleaning Service.
Breathe easy.
Renovations can irritate the respiratory system and even make you sick. Poor air quality can really irritate those with allergies. Senivas takes your health seriously. Our renovation process includes a series of steps to keep the air in your home clean. We use Zip Walls for containment. We also use air scrubbers to cleanse the air in the work area to minimize the escape of contaminants. Our air scrubbers use HEPA filters which filter the air down to .03 microns. That’s an N95 rating.
Stay informed.
Most contractors give you a start date and a finish date, when you work with Senivas, you’re completely in the know. With projects lasting more than four days, our project team will send you a link, so you have full access to the project plan. This includes access to schedules, tasks, notes and project documents. You can also opt in for text reminders for major milestones. With Senivas, you always know where your project stands.
